The Garden House is designed to fit in a typical LA lot.
This plan has been reviewed and pre-approved for use in the Foothills area and complies with High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (Chapter 7A) requirements.
The design compacts the sleeping quarters in an economical, straight forward two stories volume. Contrasting, the living areas, stretch thru the backyard in one story volumes, defining two independent patio areas with different sun exposures and moods.
